The Jiap

The “Computing and Archaeology Days of Paris” are organized every two years , during two days, Friday and Saturday, in June.

The conference is located in the “Institute of Art and Archaeology”, 3 Michelet Street, 75006 Paris.

The conference gives the opportunity to French-speaking searchers (University, CNRS, Ministry of Culture, INRAP, local authorities, engineering consulting firms, etc.) to present innovative IT and statistical applications in Archaeology.

The acts of the conference are published in an International scientific review. The acts of the 2008 and 2010 conferences have been published in the review “Archaeologia E Calcolatori”, which is the worldwide reference in computing Archaeology (http://www.progettocaere.rm.cnr.it/databasegestione/open_block_pages.asp?IDyear=2008-01-01).
